Challenge

The challenge was to create a series of posters that would not only honor the historical legacy of UCT Libraries but also engage and educate the academic community during Africa Day celebrations. The designs needed to encapsulate the vibrant and diverse essence of African culture and history.

What we did

Developed a thematic series of posters for Africa Day, blending historical motifs with modern design elements to vividly portray Africa’s cultural heritage.
Each poster was meticulously crafted to narrate a unique aspect of Africa’s history and culture, making it accessible and engaging for the university’s diverse academic community.
