Imago Visual also worked with the pharmaceutical sector to empower the research and development phases of numerous pioneering medical innovations.
Just one year into its existence, Tarquin Wyeth joined the ranks, catalysing an expansion in Imago Visual’s range of services. The identity of the agency underwent a metamorphosis. From being primarily an academic multimedia service provider, Imago Visual ventured into the vibrant world of digital media, state-of-the-art printing, and groundbreaking software solutions. As UCT transitioned from analogue to digital teaching methodologies, Imago Visual played a pivotal role, spearheading the use of interactive CDs as innovative teaching tools. It wasn’t just about academia anymore; the agency was evolving to cater to a vast and varied clientele, carving a niche for itself in design, art, large-format printing, and digital media.
By 2011, Imago Visual was ready for a new chapter. The agency relocated to the bustling Lower Main Road in Observatory. This move placed the agency amidst a broader spectrum of potential clients while retaining its cherished ties with educational institutions. This location also presented an exciting opportunity for Michael and Tarquin Wyeth, both recognised artists and photographers. They seamlessly blended their personal artistic passions with professional offerings, providing their diverse clientele with bespoke solutions, tailored to meet individual requirements.
